Specialized Training Course in Remote Psychological Counseling
Location and Time
The training will be held in Ramallah, two days a week.
- Every Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
For three months.
Course Requirements
- Belief in equality and advocacy for the rights of children and women
- Commitment to the principles and values of the Sawa Foundation, professional ethics, and maintaining confidentiality and privacy
- Residence in Ramallah, Palestine
- A university degree
- Commitment to all training sessions
- Training duration: 110 training hours
- Commitment to providing 220 hours of practical training starting from the course completion date at the Remote Guidance Center in Ramallah
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts
- Volunteering involves answering incoming calls to the Remote Guidance Center on the toll-free number 164
At the end of the program
- Participants will receive a 22-month paid training grant
- Participants will receive a certificate of training and volunteering for 330 hours upon completion of all requirements
The aforementioned training program qualifies participants to provide remote psychological counseling services and to deal with various cases of violence.
