Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or Sociology
• At least two years of experience in social services and psychotherapy/psychological counseling
• Experience working with victims and survivors of various forms of violence
• Experience in case management and providing initial psychosocial support over the phone to women and children
• Sufficient knowledge of issues related to gender-based violence
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in English

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working in accordance with the principles and values ​​of the Sawa Foundation, and adhering to confidentiality and privacy
• Working in coordination with the direct supervisor administratively and professionally
• Ensuring that counselors comply with the rules of the remote counseling center
• Monitoring the administrative matters of counselors (absences, lateness, leave, and breaks)
• Preparing and following up on daily and monthly reports for counselors
• Attending individual and group supervision sessions
• Proficient in using computer programs
• Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
