Sawa is a non-profit organization, established in 1998, with the purpose of combating all forms of violence, abuse and neglect against women and children, through raising awareness and providing remote counseling and psychosocial support to all victims of violence, via the 164 Helpline, which operates 24/7.

Job Title: Referral Platform Officer

Work Location: Ramallah

Job type: full-time (43 hours per week)

Start date: As soon as possible

Nature of work: networking and digital platform management

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

o A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Human Science, Business Administration, or Marketing) is preferred.

o Experience: Familiarity with referral programs and networking platforms is a plus.

2. Skills and Competencies:

o Networking Skills: You will need to build and maintain relationships with professionals, NGOs, INGOs, and governmental bodies. Strong networking abilities are essential.

o Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with other stakeholders.

o Platform Management: Understanding how to manage and optimize a case referral platform is important. This includes monitoring user activity, ensuring a positive user experience, and troubleshooting any issues.

o Data Analysis: Analyzing referral data, tracking success, and identifying areas for improvement.

o Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges related to referrals, and resolving any platform-related issues.

o Attention to Detail: Accuracy matters when handling case information, and referral requests.

o Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues, and partners to facilitate successful referrals.

o Fluency in Arabic and English.

o

3. Technology Proficiency:

o Comfort using various platforms, including social media, and referral tools. Training partners on how to use Sawa’s referral platform

o Basic knowledge of data analytics tools for tracking referral performance.

4. Ethical Conduct:

o Upholding ethical standards when handling referred cases and ensuring best practices in the referral process.

o Maintaining the confidentiality and security of information according to Sawa’s code of conduct.
