Trainee Responsibilities

• Receiving calls from clients
• Providing necessary services to clients according to established procedures
• Referring clients to specialized counseling services (psychological and medical)
• Documenting incoming calls and entering information into the database
• Office filing

Required Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Quick thinking and the ability to learn and develop independently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications and Training Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Training location: Ramallah
• Training sessions will be conducted on a shift system (morning/evening/night)
