Digital Media Consultant 

Sawa is a non-profit organization, established in 1998, with the purpose of combating all forms of violence, abuse and neglect against women and children, through raising awareness and providing remote counseling and psychosocial support to all victims of violence, via the 164 Helpline, which operates 24/7.

Job Title: Digital Media Consultant 

Work Location: Ramallah

Nature of work: As a Digital Media Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital media strategies that align with our mission and vision and objectives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well to lead supervise and enhance the capacity of the Media team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital media strategies that align with our mission and vision.

Create and supervise digital media account action plans, social media platforms, newsletters, and other channels.

Monitor and analyze the performance and impact of our digital media campaigns using various tools and metrics.

Provide recommendations and insights to improve our digital media presence and reach.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital media and the NGO sector.

Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence of our digital media messages.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.

At least 7 years of proven work experience as a digital media specialist or consultant.

Strong knowledge and skills in social media, web design, content creation, and analytics.

Excellent understanding of the local situation, NGOs atmosphere, and the challenges and opportunities for our cause.

Ability to work independently and creatively, as well as in a team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
