Volunteer Program
Attracts university students and graduates seeking vocational training and developing individual capabilities and skills. It trains and rehabilitates them as volunteers to integrate them into volunteering and to support the various programs of the Foundation. This is done through an intensive (110) hour training course in social counseling. Volunteering averages 22 hours. Either in a listening program or a community education and awareness program.
✨ Conditions of volunteering ✨
- The applicant must be a graduate of one of the following colleges: psychology, Sociology or social service
- The training is for the age group between 21 and 40 years old
- The applicant must be a resident of Ramallah Governorate
- The participant is obligated to attend all training meetings
- The ability to work the evening shift from 2:00 to 7:00 pm, The night shift
- From 7:00 pm to midnight
- The ability and willingness to provide support to those affected by violence in all its forms over the phone
- Work within human rights standards and believe in the vision, mission and values of the institution
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and workload
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the institution
- Signing the institution’s child protection policy and the document of commitment to maintain confidentiality
